Ben Kronberg is an comedian, actor and writer, known for Steve Coogan Hates Twitter (2011), Escape from Brooklyn (2013) and Everyone Thinks They're Special. Nobody Cares.(2013). He is also one of the nicest guys in comedy.
Ben was one of the first comedians we met when we got to New York City; at the 2nd open mic we attended in Williamsburg. We actually met him right before he left to headline a show in Hawaii, with friends of ours on Oahu. It seemed like a meant-to-be "small world" kind of meeting, as he was traveling to the paradise we left. Ben invited us to his show later that night that he was doing at UCB. It was a great introduction to see how amazing a small world comedy was, with amazing comedian after another throwing down an unbelievably funny set. This was true of Ben also, with his awkwardly hilarious one-liners that made him, well, renowned on Last Comic Standing and by far the comedian Roseanne Barr was most passionate about that season. It was a real pleasure to meet him and a bigger pleasure to watch him live. We are excited to work with him, as he was the one that recommended The Creek and the Cave as a possible venue for our show. He's been supportive of us since we've moved here & we're really lucky to have a talent such as him on the show. We’ve seen him perform several times now since being in the city, and each time is even funnier than the last. We’re stoked to see what he does with your dating questions on our Date Night show.
Ben has also performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live and Last Call with Carson Daly. Ben has also appeared twice on ABC's hit game show, Wipeout - one time as a normal contestant, and most recently in the All-Star Episode. He lost both times, but would still go back for a third helping of pain if asked. Most recently filmed his own half hour special for Comedy Central and performed on John Oliver's NY Stand Up Special. He currently resides in New York City where he creates original content for the web. Currently you can find Ben's new animated Instagram series called Principle Crosby about a principle who gets fired for coming on to a student. Follow him on Instagram to see it all unfold.
